Overview
Xyris successfully implemented a fully integrated CRM solution for a leading brokerage firm in Egypt. The project aimed to enhance lead tracking, client data management, and communication efficiency by leveraging advanced digital tools and AI-driven automation.
Approach
We developed a comprehensive, end-to-end CRM system built on the Odoo platform, seamlessly integrated with the client’s digital channels. The solution featured: AI-Driven Lead Generation & Tracking: Automated lead capture and funnel visualization. Client Engagement Tools: Integration with an E-Commerce platform and AI-powered Chatbot for real-time interaction. Data Management & Insights: Streamlined client data cleansing and master data structuring, supported by analytics for continuous performance optimization. This implementation enabled the client to centralize communication, gain actionable insights, and achieve measurable improvements in operational efficiency and customer engagement.
