For the Customer Mobile App, we designed a modern, user-friendly interface that allows users to book, track, and manage home services anytime, anywhere. Key features include secure payments, technician verification via QR/code, property and family account management, real-time notifications, and a feedback system - ensuring convenience, transparency, and engagement.
For the Technician Mobile App, the interface enables service providers to efficiently manage assigned requests, update job status in real time, submit completion reports with photos, track modifications, and monitor wallet & earnings history - improving workflow and reliability.
On the Admin Dashboard side, it acts as a centralized control hub, giving full visibility over the ecosystem. Management teams can oversee customers, technicians, service categories, bookings, transactions, performance metrics, and content updates. The system also supports roles & permissions, notifications, and CMS management - enabling seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.
