Job Summary
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI models and algorithms that drive our innovative solutions.
This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
· Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and enhance product offerings.
· Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
· Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
· Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
· Optimize and fine-tune AI models for scalability and efficiency.
· Develop and maintain documentation for AI models, algorithms, and processes.
· Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and AI engineering.
· Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on AI-related projects.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a related field.
· Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models and algorithms in production environments.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Technical Skills
· Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
· Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, etc).
· Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
· Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a plus.
· Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
· Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
· Knowledge of software development best practices and version control (e.g., Git).
