Job Summary
The Senior Odoo Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and integrating Odoo modules using Python, XML, and the Odoo framework.
The role focuses on backend development, system enhancements, and ensuring functional and technical alignment with business requirements.
Job Responsibilities
· Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM.
· Implement new features and functionalities based on functional requirements.
· Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs.
· Customize workflows, business logic, reports, and QWeb templates.
· Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform bug fixing.
· Support functional teams during testing and implementation phases.
· Maintain and document technical changes, code, and system behaviors.
· Ensure code quality, security, and performance best practices.
· Work closely with Odoo Implementors to deliver complete solutions.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
· Minimum 5+ years of Odoo development experience.
· Strong Python programming skills.
· Expertise in Odoo ORM, XML, PostgreSQL, and QWeb.
· Experience with API integrations and web services.
· Knowledge of JavaScript and Owl framework is preferred.
· Strong understanding of Odoo architecture and module structure.
· Solid debugging and performance optimization capabilities.
