Job Summary
The Mid-Level Presales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions and demonstrate technical capabilities of products and services. The role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and the ability to translate customer needs into effective solutions.
Job Responsibilities
· Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
· Prepare and deliver product presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts to clients.
· Assist in developing proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation.
· Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical input to solution design.
· Support sales teams during technical discussions and client meetings.
· Provide product knowledge and technical training to internal teams.
· Work with engineering and product teams to provide customer feedback and feature requests.
· Ensure alignment between customer requirements and delivered solutions.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in presales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
· Strong knowledge of technologies, e.g., networking, software, cloud, or SaaS products.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
· Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pre-sales documentation.
Preferred Skills:
· Exposure to cloud solutions, SaaS platforms, or enterprise software.
· Experience in technical proposal development and RFP responses.
· Ability to work in cross-functional teams and coordinate with sales and engineering teams.
