Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. ·
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately.
· Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities.
· Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
· Support testing by validating solutions against business requirements.
· Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on best practices.
· Identify risks, issues, and dependencies in projects and provide recommendations.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology or software development environments.
· Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
· Experience with requirement management and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Visio).
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
· Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in data analysis, SQL, or BI tools.
· Exposure to software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
· Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and change management.
